I found the whole concept very interesting as well as your reasons for considering it. Found a site that discussed optimal flow rates as well as optimal filter sizes based on flow rates. My "inner engineer" came out and next thing I was doing calcs. I also Saw a cool design for a removalpble filter, and may try to make it.

Yeah, I noticed! I started watching another video this morning then had to tear myself away to go to work.....this could be quite addictive.
