Tough one. Definitely a Cichlid. West africanwould be my guess... I'm going to say Parananochromis longirostris.

VERY CLOSE (but not correct just yet...right side of the world though) with the geography, not so close with the genus though..
I will say this, this fish is NOT in the hobby at all. As far as I know I don't think any live specimens are even kept except for maybe a few scientists with them.
It is also a member of a monotypic genus and is considered to be critically endangered.
It lives in fast current rivers.
