That's some sort of Astatotilapia or Pundamilia or something, not Stigmatochromis.I don't think this is the same species (I can't read french) but color wise this is pretty close to the one in the book. less stripes and more gold though.

There are no Stigmatochromis species I know of that the females are yellow/blue. All Stigmatochromis species are either grey/silver, or red/brown (as is the case for S. modestus females).
The only large haplochromine I can think of where the females are yellow/gold are Exochochromis anagenys:

Pretty much every single specimen you will come across in the hobby though are the really nice gold-yellow color you see at the bottom of that page
