Do you have a 1/4 tsp. in the kitchen? I havent used this stuff you have. I am assuming its density is like that of SAFE or the Malawi buffer powder from SEACHEM. IF that is the case and it is a super fine like powder or flour. Use as close as you can to 3/4 to 1/2 of 1/4 teaspoon. I can only relate to SAFE whose the density of which is like baby powder or flour, when I weighed SAFE on a milligram scale 1/4 tsp. came up like 1.3 some odd grams. See pictures.

In the end you are going to end up eyeballing this as there is no real conversion between an Imperial measurement of volume and that of weight. The difference in granule size and consistency will also cause deviations. You can only guesstimate. I hope this helps somewhat.

Yeah thats what they say..

Is there a simple (generalized) conversation from grams of powder to Tsp/Tbsp?

I know some powders are heavier than others, but anything fine powder that is water-soluble and meant for aquarium use should be roughly the same, right?

I dose Seachem Safe and they say that 5g = 1 ~tsp.

See my last post on this thread.. 1/4 tsp leveled is equal to 1.352 grams. So 1 full teaspoon leveled is equal to 5.408 grams pretty close but not exact.
