There can be a lot of situations where you can't download a program or don't have or don’t have access to one. This website is basically like taking photoshop, stripping it of heavy features and making it online and free. It’s a very basic product but when I’m looking for something to edit my pictures with and I don’t have access to photoshop, I always go here: https://pixlr.com/editor/
