New To Bap And Have New Fry

Not 100% sure how the BAP program works (just started reading the rules). One of my female Aulonocara stuartgranti (Chilumba) released about 20 fry yesterday (hard to get them to stay still long enough to count). Do I need someone to come by and check them out? I live in Southern Maryland. I also have Cynotilapia afra (Puulu) that should be released any day now (3 holding females). Any advice and/or direction would be appreciated.

Got both of my species signed off (first signature) today. If I read the rules correctly, now I bring my forms to the next meeting to get my second signatures. Don't think the fry will be large enough for the next meeting but will bring some to the first meeting after the summer break.
