Substrate would probably weigh around 250lb or so. According to perfecto's website, empty weight of the tank is 400lb and approximage filled weight is 2520lb. I have the prestige stand and it appeared to be build pretty well.

The risk is not worth it.
Drain tank completely and move.
Go to home depot or loews and buy those 5gal buckets to house the fish.

Agree with the consensus above. I've moved my 210 a few times. Buy several large rubbermaid tubs. Drain the water into the tubs and dump the fish in there. Move the tank. Refill it with water from the tubs and remainder from the tap. Those sliders are pretty good for moving furniture and you could probably do it with the tank on the stand after you've unplugged everything and maybe removed the canopy. Go slow and steady since you'll have a few people pushing and you don't want to tip the tank over if it catches on the corner of the carpet or something.
