Only if you have some scollops too.

I like taking a skewer put on some shrimp and some scollops. Wrap it in 2 slices of bacon. Soak in a little Bob-b-Que sauce (bob evans) and then put it on the grill. I prefer charcoal.

Okay, now I have to go to lunch. Darn. Made myself hungry.

We've GOTTA do a potluck sometime.

On the menu:
Tilapia (at least a couple of different ways)
Snakehead
Fried catfish
Shrimp a couple of ways
Other ideas? Anyone have a spare pacu?
How about a 15" Red tail cat?!?!? :D

Had some "bagrid" (south american catfish) in Colombia. It was really good in a stew :p

Scallop + Shrimp skewers sound awesome as well.

I think that we could get everything that we need at H-Mart! Sometimes they even have tin foil barbs and knife fish. We just need some folks who know how to cook it!

How about a 15" Red tail cat?!?!? :D

Sweet. Your mom's definitely invited! I laughed when I saw a folded in half knife fish in the freezer!

In Uruguay they grind up Hoplias (wolf fish) and make crab-cake-ish things out of them. They didn't make any while I was there but Ken said that they're pretty good.
