Okay. Back to the smoker today. I have never tried smoking a brisket so I got up real early and prepped a real small one.

Came out just okay but was really tasty. Check out the smoke ring on this piece.

Mine works pretty good for 399.00
You can get the smaller ones for less.
Have I used it that much? No. But its worth it.
I think now I have used it at least 8 or 10 times since I got it in March.
