I stopped eating fake chicken after that 20/20 expose on KFC back in the late 80s. I remember seeing the warehouse with these featherless chicken-shaped blobs with tubes coming out of each end. I haven't been to KFC since. I haven't eaten at Mc Donald's in over ten years. :sick0006:

Look at hotdogs...most common cheap hotdogs have up to four different animals (Chicken, Turkey, Pork, and Beef) in them, and god knows what parts of the animals they used.

Won't stop me from getting a hot dog at a ballpark or food joint, but I prefer Nathans, Sabrett, & Hebrew National brands.

I understand what you are saying that "chicken" nugget post is just nasty. The ammonia part is the kicker.

Coincidentally, I don't usually get perdue unless its on sale. I wouldn't trust those KFC people though. Ever wonder why they call it KFC and not Kentucky Fried Chicken any more?

I hardly ever eat most of the above items (with the exception of 7-11 hotdogs.... chili+mustard+onions, ftw), but when I get a hankering or the opportunity, I don't think about how it was made, I just think about .... well, how awesome it tastes.

Life is short. Enjoy tasty deliciousness in moderation and all will be good.
