Holy $@#!, WIGGLERS!

This morning I was doing my morning inspection of the 55 and, in the back corner, there was a pile of little Guianacara wigglers... ok, a blanket. They are blanketing the back corner of the tank.

Don't ask for pics, I can't get them, as soon as I come up with a camera the parents freak out and, since they're first timers, I'm really trying to avoid pissing them off.

I never even noticed the eggs (which are huge, so I'm not sure how I missed that). I did a WC last night with gravel vac and by some small miracle didn't vacuum up the fry - possibly because they were still well-hidden eggs, but I don't really know.

Get a camera with a good zoom lens, and take pics with a tripod from across the room. :-D

If you want pictures, come take 'em yourself! Then I can laugh while you contend with a toddler, a camera, and a tripod.

Still have wigglers this AM - yay!

I think they moved them. They dug a new pit and are guarding that but I can't see into it.

So, it turns out the video camera on my cell phone is better than the video camera on my camera... guess it makes sense, the camera is a few years old.
