Yes, cut a piece of lexan from home depot. It's two sections which allows me to slide one half up on the other for feeding. Four square pieces were super glued on the corners of each section so it stays put.

Very happy with the dimensions of the tank. Previously I had searched for standard tank dimensions to fit in that space but none of them would. Someone on another forum put one up for sale in the DMV area and I immediately had to get it.

Good to know. I recently rescaped mine and the wood sticks out so there is no room for a lid... for now.
