BAP spawn rainbow cichlids

I posted about this under a different forum heading, but I suppose I should also post about it here--
Came home from work today, looked into my 55-gallon tank, and lo and behold, there were a bunch of fry buzzing around my rainbow cichlids! This is my first spawn ever, so I could use some advice on what to do.
Tankmates include a bunch of tetras, a gourami, some glass catfish and cories. Water is DC tap water conditioned with Seachem Neutral Regulator. The tank has a couple of Aquaclear 70 HOB filters on it, and it's been at room temperature all summer, so upper 70s. Aquascape is a few rocks and some plants. The cichlids, which I added to the tank a couple of weeks ago, set up shop in a corner of the tank behind a rock pile and underneath an amazon sword. I had noticed them shooing away the tankmates but figured they were just being territorial. Since I'm a newbie, it didn't occur to me that they had actually laid eggs and were guarding a nest.
