Good eye Matt I actually meant to title this thread Cares spawn but had a brain fart lol I did try to register them ( the lyonsii) however Claudia never returned any of my numerous emails,I got frustrated and gave up but I guess no time like the present, will attempt to register them again

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE

Today we have wigglers i repeat today we have wigglers...step two is complete, the female has moved (or is in the process of moving) her brood to a nearby flower pot for safe keeping. A video of this process will soon follow.

fry should be free swimming in a couple more days, got the brine shrimp hatchery bubbling....

We got Fry

Free swimming fry today, juanita noticed cloud of about 300 today out swimming about the 75 gallon tank, apparently they don't know that daddy and friends will eat them so we lost more than half, figure around 80 left, female could not protect them even though the tank is divided. Will try to extract them from the female next time before they become free swimming. Live and learn I guess.
