Astatotilapia nubila spawn!

I noticed the female (Haplochromis) A. nubila holding about two weeks ago. I stripped her into an egg tumbler since she was being harassed by the male and I was going to move them into a different tank (more fish to distract him and more hiding places for her).

Below is a pic of the fry with yolk almost gone (today) and below that a pic of dad.

Compared to a lot of other Vics, these guys have really small eggs and really small fry. Still doing well though.

My favorite new egg tumbler.....I got mine from Ziss, but Cobalt is supposed to start selling the same design any dat now (they bought it from Ziss).
