I have two spawns. Amazing really. Tap water. We'll see if I get free-swimmers. :bday:

One female spawned in the suction cup of the heater.

I'll try to get one. I checked my Romer Atlas and I'm unsure of the correct species? I'm going to contact Mike Wise, too.

Do u mean it's not the correct one in the Romer atlas or it's completely missing? I may have a pic I got from the internet when I was putting together a database (of course it's still in the works). If I do I will post it or email it to you. I've also seen it spelled 'Breitbenden'.

The fish in the Romer Atlas seems a bit more robust and is named Apisto sp. 'four stip' or something of that nature. Nevertheless, the fish I have are pretensis-type and the black markings are the same.

If you have a pic, could you post it here on the forum? Your spelling is the correct one. :)
