My convicts (originally from Jon) have been spawning in their community tank...so far I've completely failed at trying to siphon the babies out when they become free swimming. So I put some clay pots in there and this time they were courteous enough to spawn inside one. I pulled the pot out the other day and have it in an external breeder box with an air stone right near the eggs for some extra aeration. I checked last night and I have wigglers! We'll see how they do without parents in the box. I've had the fry of some particularly parental types of fish fail to thrive in these boxes in the past so they're definitely not out of the woods yet.
