Congrats and good luck raising the fry! BAP them for sure.

I plan to. My husband is insisting on it. They are *technically* his fish, although I might be the main reason they made it to adulthood and the main reason that the male actually wound up in a tank with a female (you try catching one of those things out of a heavily planted 150!)

Moved the fry to a breeder box tonight. Hopefully they do alright.

These guys eat like very hungry caterpillars. The transition to full tap is going well (the tank they spawned in and the grow out tank I started were both part rain water) and they are growing nicely (ranging from 1"-1.5"). They are eating a variety of foods - steamed broccoli, raw cucumber, raw zucchini, New Era Plec Pellets, New Era Grazers, dried banana leaves, etc.

They are quite active and very shy (like their parents). I'm starting to see some territoriality develop so will begin splitting them into smaller groups in other tanks to reduce population density over the next week or so.
