    Time to declutter...

Like the title says I need to get rid of stuff that I have just laying around. I can take pictures and post them up if needed. 1. 55 gallon aquarium, stand (matches trim), glass tops, standard light, PFS/Crushed coral mix. It's an older brown trim tank, has some scratches but they are not...

Spring Time + Storms + Missing a Water Change = Lots of Spawns

Life has been pretty busy for me recently, and admittedly, I haven't spent as much time in the fish room as I should. I missed doing water changes last week, but it doesn't seem to have bothered my fish one bit. I spent some time checking on all my tanks this evening, and I have fry all over the...

Is it time to put your fish out?

Is it time to bring your hobby outdoors? Do people typically wait till Memorial day to put their fish outdoors in patio tubs and ponds?

AQ2 Happy and sad at the same time.

I want to thank the club for putting on another good show. I enjoy seeing the tanks and all the different fish and plants people bring. I bought four fish at AQ2. I got a Brazilian Angelfish pair that so far are doing well in my tank and eating good. I got a Red Empress Male that's doing...

    Almost time for me.

Well even though it's Thursday, the time has just about come. At work right now but around 3 I plan on getting out early. .5 hours home. 1.5 hours of bagging fish, followed by .25 hours packing the car. Then I figure another .25 hours of packing the car again so it all actually fits. Finally...

How many at a time for stocking?

I've got a 55 gallon tank with two African cichlids in it as of two days ago. I plan on putting 12 more in but don't know how to go about doing it. Should I put them in one at at a time or in groups? Sent from my iPad using MonsterAquariaNetwork app

Cycle in time for 10/12 meeting?

I really want to participate in the group buy from Dave's but i'm not surr if i can get the tank cycled in time. If I can get around to setting my tank up the 28th, do you think there is any chance it would be cycled in time? I can't do it this weekend b/c I'm in Florida helping father recover...

Think it's time to clean the tank?

Perhaps things have gone too far when the hydra are riding around on the snails. For what it's worth though, this tank has a lot of really tiny baby plecos that make a huge mess when they eat. Nonetheless, it has been slated for complete tear-down for a few weeks.

Got some first time festae spawning action last night! This is my personal first as a hobbiest and I've kept lots of featae over the years. Ok it's time- Some Chic Lids for sale..

Here's what we have: Breeding pair of large Acei- last batch of fry (unexpected) was about 30 fry. I think these are super nice and large. Pair? of Brichardi (nice size) - I call them a pair because they behave like a pair and haven't killed each other in a 20L. Fair assessment? Pseudo...

New Acryclic tanks - Project time

Well.. After the 180 issue and sale to someone who I feel can repair and use it, I had decided to reset and get more focused on what i want to keep, breed, and rehome.. And then as usual I found another tank. I am sure some of you may have come across it on CL, but I finally worked out a...

You ever know your on borrowed time?

So I have two projects in mind that demand tank space. You ever look at your fish collection, have a plan in mind, and know who is just not going to fit? But you can't bring yourself to let them go anyway? And new tank just ain't in the cards? Sigh... this is tough! LOL... -Rich
