I eat a lot of HB eggs, and always throw out the yolk. Just occurred to me that perhaps the mbuna would like them. Any reason not to feed them to the fish? Oh, they're from chicken eggs.

Currently I am feeding my mbuna an alternating combination of omega spirulina flakes, cichlid flakes, nls sinking, and plankton. What do you think of the Dainichi foods? Any other food recomendations?
