Help...red ceibal with possible swim bladder problem

Got a male red Ceibal who recently began staying in a cave amongst some rocks in my 75 gallon tank, when he does come out to eat it seems he has a very difficult time keeping himself from sinking to the bottom, he seems to have to swim very hard to stay bouyant...could this be swim bladder disease??? or something else...any ideas ???
