I am looking for

synodontis multipunctatus
synodontis petricola
synodontis nigriventris
or
any other cat fishes that do not grow over 12cm
and tend to be peaceful

Those CARES fishes from the auction are making so much

ash, so I am looking for catfishes; I like their coloration.

It is fun to watch them.

Thx

I personally wouldn't put cories in with Victorians (If those are the CARES fish to which you are referring) . . .

Not sure what you mean by "making so much ash."

Syndontis are great catfish. I'm partial to the multipunctatus and petricola (although I'd think you wouldn't want the former if you're trying to breed the Victorians). Both of these need to be in groups for you to see them -- six at a minimim IMHO.

I should get other fish then.

What I mean "making so much ash" is that when they eat

flakes, they make little tiny pieces of flakes. I don't know why, but

they do.

yes, the synodontis will help with food dropped in the substrate. I still feed mine anyway, though, as I don't want to overfeed the cichlids in order to feed the synos . . . I use new life spectrum sinking catfish wafers just FYI.
