Frank, if you are looking to keep Victorian basin cichlids, I have a nice group of Xystichromis phytophagus juveniles (1"+ and smaller). Let me know if you are interested. Not sure when I will be up in the northern VA area but I can figure something out.

Thanks Lane. I'll keep this option in mind if I don't find the ruti ones.

Does Jay of Cichlids Are Special have any? He has good quality fish and kept a lot of Vics. He's sort of local as he'd bring them to the meetings or it's a little roadie.

yeah. per his website, the make kicked the bucket.

The main reason I like to have at least 2 males, always good to have a backup. Another reason to always keep some fry and not sell all, you can grow another one out if needed. I also find that breeding is more frequent with multiple males due to competition, males can get lazy when by themselves.
