I see air bubbles in my tank so I take it there's oxygen. You can pay me to come take a looksy at your tanks as well if you'd like?

Ok ok so I'm sure this flux capacitor like apparatus does more then that.....

Not really; but yes, in a way. Reefers use it to adjust ozone, I dont' know if anyone uses, or can use, ozone in fresh water. Here's more info than you'd ever want to know
