Yeah, I've got way too many fish. Probably will be getting rid of some more groups in the next few months.
As for tips, I get some nice spawning behavior after a large water change. I'm also a firm believer in frozen food - krill and brine shrimp, blood worms for new world/tropical community only.
Fish need their space. Many of these groups are house in tanks where the male is not the alpha male of the tank and cannot breed. Move the group out of a semi-community/growout setting and into a species tank and watch them do their thing.
