Today I reached a personal goal. My Nkambae have spawned. It the last 2 weeks I have had Opthalmotilapia Nasuta, WC tropheus Muzi blue rainbows, Nigripinnis, Nkambae all spawn. I think they are putting something in the water.
Congrats. And just so you know, it's the time of year. The fish can actually sense the daylight getting longer, so that paired with a water change typically brings on a spawn. If you are doing everything else right, now is the time of year to expect young. It's very natural.
