Venustus healthy?

Is there something wrong with my male venutus? He stays manly behind some rocks on the sand bed. Also his fin looks like it has something wrong with it? He is eating. Is there something wrong or am I paranoid.

I have seen that on some fishes recently in way too many aquarium
I am not sure what it is, if **** a bacteria or a fungus or what to treat it with

I think he is stressed out lowering immune system/slime coat so it could be bacteria. Start with a few water changes and salt.
