I am in need of a Vendor Chairperson for Aquafest2009

This person will be the contact between the clubs and the vendors.

This person will make sure all is set up and ready for said vendors Friday afternoon as well as making sure they have vacated the rooms late Saturday Night.
(there is church in those rooms Sunday)

I have drawn up a small email / letter for potential vendors. I am in the process of sending these out.

I think we only have room for 20 tables.
I have already secured 2 vendors. They contacted me.

I will send the letter to all members today by email and pm because a few of you may wish to be a vendor.
