VA has the most vanity plates then any other state. Now that you knwo that start looking and youll see toooons of vanity plates from VA. Also the Blond has been used for quite awhile. I dont know if its the same person though

Yeah, in VA theres no extra charge for vanity plates. In MD, it costs nearly double for vanity plates. You'd probably see more around here if they didn't charge so much.
