Umbriferum growth rate

Just wanted to know if Umbriferum typically have a slow growth rate. I bought a couple of Green Panama Umbriferum about 4 months ago at .5 inches and they're only at 1 inch or so now. I bought a few Xanthic Managuense around .5 last month and they've already matched the Umbriferum in size.

They typically grow quick from 1" up. He should be a little monster by the end of the year... Where'd you get them from? I'd love to get one. Hope you have a big separate tank for him also, lol...
