Maria and I saw that tank earlier thiw year when we went down to go visit George. Great tank for sure.

Right next to it is a smaller Lake Tang tank.. complete with Tropheus, featherfins and some sifters.

Not sure how everything does over the winter though.

Wow...and to think when I visited my cousins in Orlando they didnt mention there was something like that in Florida..they saw my fish tanks at home..oh man..will definitely put that on my list the next time I hit sunny Florida.. That is just amazing how many fish they have.. Must be one hell of a filtration system and water changes..lol..

Busch Gardens in Tampa is likely my favorite theme park I've been to. Besides 8 or so completely ridiculous roller coasters, they have a *serious* zoo. On their version of the Serengeti, the have herds of animals - a dozen of so giraffes, 6-8 rhinos, 20+ zebras, ibexes, etc. They have adult cheetahs in an area they can actually run around, tons of alligators, chimps, tigers, hyenas, 6-8 elephants. It's crazy and definitely worth stopping through if you're in West Florida.

I guess that video is a bit old because when I was there, the big tank with the Malawi fish had a hippo in it and the smaller one to the right contained the crocs.

While there were a ton of fish in there, there weren't as many of the large specimens as in the video. Still an amazing site though.
