Starting April 1, our townhouse in Montgomery Village will be for rent. It's a 3br, 1.5 bath corner unit with a fenced patio/yard, living room/dining room "L," galley kitchen, and full unfinished basement. It faces out onto an open field. The living area is about 1200 sq. feet, plus the basement. The basement has lots of space for storage and... AQUARIUMS.
The rent will probably be between $1500-$1600 per month. We do check references and credit/prior rental history.
