Got excited when I spotted this. Then realized its in China and made for 220v.

They're just cheap junk. Those are not high output leds. search ebay for SMD 3528 and you can find a ton of things like that.

Yah. They get the high lumes from something like 360 leds on a 36" bulb.

They probably;y just added up all the lumens per led. no way that comes even close to that in any one spot
