Tetra 20 long tops

I am planning on getting 2 20 longs and putting them where I have a 55 right now. Will marineland glass tops fit the tetra tank?

Measure the space where the top will go - inside edge to inside edge and then see what the actual measurement of the top you want to buy is.

You are right - each brand is slightly different.

Definitely take the measurement. I don't know about the 20L tops, but tops for 40 breeders with no center brace are not interchangable. I have the Aqueon and Marineland tops are different by about 1/4". I have Marineland tanks, and the Aqueon top is too big to fit properly in the lip of the tank.

If you don't have either, just buy the same manufacturer for both...
