I cant figure out how to imbed the video -- need help?

To embed a video only use the series of numbers after the equal sign in the vid url.

Copy the url,
click the Youtube icon in 'advanced panel' of thread creator in forum,
Paste the url between the brackets
Remove every thing except
Or just copy that part from url
