Hey guys, I have a 33g long I was thinking of setting up as a cyp/shellie tank. I have a 20g long I want to make into a sump. Would this be enough for 2 species, one of each? The tank is 4' long and would have around 48 gallons total water volume with the sump.

I have both of these fish. I don't think a 33 long will be tall enough for cyps.

Ugh, I was thinking the same thing, gotta check and see when the next petco $1 sale and pick up a 55
