Taiwan reef spawn

I was looking at my taiwan reef growouts today and noticed one of the females looks like she is holding. The problem is, they are only 2" . The female is the biggest at a little over 2". She has her buchal cavity definitely extended, and she did not come up for food as she usually does. Is it possible that these fish have spawned at such a small size?

That is about the size mine started spawning. Now I pretty much always have a female holding. It won't be long until you have a whole herd....
