At that size I doubt they are sexable.

I don't think it's rare. It's just another light blue big Hap. I've seen them around, just not that common or popular.

Lol...Too bad they aren't light blue and are anything but common. I believe what your referring to is a chilotalipia rhoadesii. I have a bucco rhoadesii 10" drove to Brooklyn to buy it. Boy do I wish they were common. I'm checking to see if I have room for another one...lol

Yes, I was referring to chilotalipia, and got the two confused. The bucco species is rare, and reaching 16" means that not many African keepers have large enough tanks to keep and breed them.
