Should I remove the convict eggs?

Should I remove them and how much water flow do they like?

I would see if the parents will raise them, it's a much more rewarding experience. If they eat them they will spawn again and then you can remove the eggs, but artificial hatching is a much more labor intensive endevore.

Like most egg laying cichlids it may take the parents several tries to figure it out.

Convicts are typically really good parents. I would leave the eggs in the tank, and like Ben said, if they eat them it won't be long until you have more eggs.
