put my favorite guy in the hospital tank 2 days ago...had some white film covering red ulcer looking things from an infection of some sort...just passed away today...anybody have any ideas on what it could've been? i've been treating with salt and maracyn plus.

yeah i was doing weekly water changes but i think i picked up the disease from one of the new fish i bought about 2-3 weeks ago. just mad that i didn't catch it sooner. the rest of my guys look fine and i've been doing water changes every 2 days and adding salt/melafix to get them back up to snuff. going to be keeping a few of them (phenochilus, baenschi, new lwanda, new spilonotus, new maisoni, new ivory head, and the dolphin). gotta find a temporary fix in the meantime so if anyone's got a 90 gallon lyin around, let me know!!!
