"Rio Cabayo" Cons - likely pair - $10

I've got a ~2" male and likely ~1" female of "Rio Cabayo" Cons. Last two that I have other than my breeders...

These are the yellow Amatitlania siquia from Costa Rica.

These are some really nice looking fish. I've got some babies growing out from my spawning pair. My male is the meanest fish I've ever kept, so make sure you have a divider handy!

They're still small now...living together in a 2' tank for now...

I have five that I got from AM2. They are an inch or less. Growing out in a 29. I put in two 1 inch Green Terrors to grow with them.

They killed both Green Terrors - if they are nasty at that size, I can imagine when they get big.

I've read some accounts where people have kept them in "community" type settings with success, but I wouldn't do it. My male is responsible for the death of at least 6 different fish, including my original female. He lived in solitude for at least a year before I got another female, who he now lives with in a permanently divided 20H (I posted up a thread on my divider system so time ago). The pair has successfully spawned through the divider and now has about 30 fry growing in the tank with the pair.
