Rearrangement and boesemani added

Just felt like sharing a few pics of new arrangement and additions of rainbows. Water is cloudy from stirring up the sand and water change. Everyone is hiding In the pics but Ive got;

75 gallon community tank:
2 geos
3 convicts
3 Clown loaches
5 boesemani rainbows

Planning to get 5 more ranbows, rehome 1 male out of the 2 male convicts and replace with female. Get another female geo. And add a nice pleco.

Also want to get more plants but I am not sure what to get. Will be adding 2 pieces of driftwood.

Thx for checking out, tell me what you think.

Thanks! The rubber band on the skull is holding a tiny piece of java fern that is growing ever so slowly. I hope it will attatch once it gets bigger.

they are terra cotta clay pots. u can get them at the arts n craft store or nursery for a few bucks

Thanks!

and you can just stick that java fern... you will have to talk 100 people before you will be convinced to use the glue in the tank if you have never done it before.

Thanks,

Dhaval

string or thread works great. That way you don't have to worry about glue. Just another option.

That'd or you'd have to dry it.

i will try string next. 'm about to get a royal pleco for this tank and i am worried he might rasp through the rubber band. I've tried fishing line before but that was a pain to work with. If i did not have to dry anything the glue would be my first option, I'm way to impatient for that thought.

I use rubber bands in all my tanks, and all of my tanks are full of plecos. So I doubt you'll have an issue.

You can just wedge java fern in notches of rocks/wood, if you don't have fish that'll pick at them and dislodge them.

Today one on my buddies hooked me up with some clippings from his planted tank and some drift wood. I am going to see how they turn out
