Question for fishermen...

Who do you guys go out with to fish rockfish?? Charter ....

Bill and one of his friends wants to go but would like some recommendations.

We are not from here... so we are clueless :wacko:

Out of Rod N Reel (Chesapeake Beach) I use a boat named Compen$ation, Capt. Mike Harris.

Out of Solomons Island a boat named Jennifer Ann with Capt. Charlie Marenka.

Solomons Island is where I do all my "charter" fishing trips.

I've been going with Greg Jetton for 15 years. Full day or half day trips. Minimum 6 people or max of 12. I think the best number is 8. Rods, reels and bait included. Bring your own food and beer, Mate works for tips. They will filet your catch for free, or just scale and gut it if you prefer. Boat leaves from Rock Hall, but Greg can pick you up at Sandy Point park and save you 1.5 hours driving each way. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

lol... people don't fish in Cali.... not like here. There aren't ponds and streams everywhere....

Bill loves to fish... and is just nbow getting into it again. He fished in wisconsin all the time.
