POWER OUTAGE HELP!

My electric was just restored after being off for 15 hours.
What do I need to do in my fish room?

• The tank temperatures are 72F degrees
• I have canisters on my 2 larger tanks, 110g and 65g
• aquaclear 110's and on my 2- 40g's
• the other 10 tanks, 20g's & 10g's all have foam filters.
• Baby Brine shrimp hatcheries w/ air.

All the fish seem fine so far, filters are are up and running and of coarse the heaters are on.

Do I need to do water changes?
Did the canister filters go go anaeobic?
Did the AC 110's go anaerobic?

Any thought on what I should do today?

Relax, it's Sunday.

You should be fine, or at least your fish should be.

test your ammonia levels
do water changes
keep checking your ammonia levels

You should be fine, or at least your fish should be.

15 hours won't hurt your beneficial bacteria. If the temperature in a tank is too low, you could do a water change and add slightly warmer water, but I don't think it's worth the trouble.

So far everything seems fine, fish look great.
