Please help to identify this Cichlid

Just picked up a few fish today to add to my tank. I saw this guy and liked his marks. Not sure what kind of cichlid this is. My first guess would be a juvenile Red Empress but not sure. Anyone have any ideas?

Did you get it at Pets Mart?
I know they have been stocking them lately

Negative on Petsmart. It was from a local place. I have gotten many nice fish from him I saw this one and there was something about it I just like the markings only going to look nicer as it gets older
