I scored a "crew" pass for PINKS ALL OUT (taping) at MIR this past weekend from my local car club (w00t!) and here are some pics.

It was a great day. I had a chance to meet the PINKS crew and hangout in the VIP suite upstairs of the MIR building.

Now, since they were taping, they had a billion lights setup for camcorder purposes, but the lighting conditions were horrible for digital cameras.
I tried my best to reduce as much lens glare as I could, but it was inevitable.

I didn't get home till 3am. (sweet 16 competition/showdown) didn't start till after 11pm, 2 hours late. I was exhausted and just passed out when I got home.

Brand new Mustang challenge ('09). A student and his teacher have identical Mustangs, identical power, etc. (different color). Whoever won, received a brand new Mustang.

Nice looks like you got up close! Iv been to Pinks/Pinks All Out at Ennis TX It was cool but the shows drag out too much for me to want to go. I know 3 cars featured on the show though! A gray C6, Blue Camaro, and a red Nova. All of them were in the first season I believe. And I use to work right down the street from kens shop (Texas Chassis Works)

I spy a certain 1500+ TT lightning....:cool:

Great shots! I think you made the lighting issue work for you - especially in that shot of the semi's. I never have understoon the point in racing bobtailin' semi's... but to each his own, I guess lol.

Crap. Now I have to put a car back together. Thanks a lot. Just when I thought the itching had subsided and it was all a distant memory...

MAN I love that track. LOTS of memories!!!! LOL like pushing the wall out mid-track at about 120mph LOL!!!

I haven't been watching Pinks much lately, did Clay Millican join the show? Totally nice guy, he's been on Speed like white on rice lately... maybe clearing the way for a retirement career? Hope not!

yeah I was gonna say "Is that Clay milican?!" he seems like a cool dude. I also see Jack Beckman. Also JLP in da house!!!!! What did he run??
