Hi all. I am currently working on the next issue of the Biotope and we will be featuring an article by Michael Moore on his experiences raising and breeding P. Socolofi. I would like at least one good photo of the species to accompany this piece. If any of you talented club photographers have some good shots of P.Socolofi that you could provide, please drop me an email at lummy@uymail.com
I can't wait too long as I'm trying to get this issue out within the next month. If no one here can provide shots, I can find some from another source and ask permission for us to use it, but the best thing would be to have our own pics.

Thanks!

Sorry, I don't have any. If you can't come up with some from our membership photographers, I'll volunteer to shoot it. If someone has the fish, I'll be glad to shoot it asap.

We have a tank full of them at the warehouse. I have to go there Sunday, I will take my camera with me and see what I can do. No promises though, real poor quality tanks for photos.

That's awesome. Thanks to both of you. Remember that the inside of the Biotope is black and white, so if you can't get a super color shot don't worry too much about that. Although, if you do get a super color shot, we need a cover photo! :)

No go on the ones at the warehouse. Tanks are in horrible shape (and fish didn't look that good either). I took about a dozen shots and none are salvageable. I would have brought a couple home if I had the space, but I don't.

Thanks for trying. I'll see what I can find.
