Photo Editing Software Help

Hi,
I'm looking for some software to edit my photos.
I want something easy to use. Nothing fancy or
hard to use.
I have windows XP.
Any ideas?

I would suggest finding a good deal on Adobe Elements to start out with. It is the basic footprint that most digital photographers use. Once you get familiar with it, and if you get more serious about your hobby, the upgrades to photoshop will be cheaper.
