1 Pair of yellow labs
1 Pair of red empress's
1 male and 2 females of red zebras
1 Pair of German red peacock cichlids
1 male and 2 females of Cynotilapia Afra Puulu (Hai Reef)
1 Pair of yellow tail Acei
1 Frontosa

Now I have a 75 gallon tank !! Two Penguin Bio-wheel 350 filters running at all times !!! Two bubble makers for more oxygen and I feed them small amounts twice a day and the tank has 11 caves man made and white sand with a few small live plants as well and I also have fake plants in there as well too. My question is that I want to get pair of Pseudotropheus Socolofi is that smart or not. Am I already over stocked or no ?? Now I know the frontosa is out of its element but it's living quiet well and has been for last 6 months !! But I'm always watching him to take him out if something is happening so I got that covered. So my question is am I overstocked and well they go well with my stock now ??

I don't think that the tank is necessarily overstocked, but be weary of hybridization and aggression against single females. Instead of adding additional species, I would remove 1-2 of the pairs and add additional females of the remaining species.

A single female will likely get hammered by the male. If she is holding or doesn't want to spawn, then the male may pursue females of the other species. Go for a minimum 1M/3F ratio on all your groups.

Yellow labs and red zebras are known to freely hybridize, so you may want to get rid of one of those two.

It takes them a while to get big, but the Frontosa may get to the point if eats smaller guys like the Cynotilapia afra.

Agree with Tony that it's not a question of overstocking as it is inappropriate stocking. You've got a bunch of pairs when mbuna and peacocks are harem breeders. And the frontosa needs to go.
You could do a nice tank with

multiple labs (gender ratios not that important)
multiple acei (gender ratios not that important)
1M/multiple F German reds.

that would make a nice set-up, low aggression, good mix of color and not much change of hybridization. You might be able to add a single M red empress to that mix as well.

Also you should be able to keep that tank planted. You might have to replant occasionally, but in general those fish should leave plants alone.

The frontosa will be dead long before it gets too big :(

I agree that keeping harem fish in pairs is a bad idea. Much better to keep a couple of large groups.
