hopefully i will have some jd wiggers before the weekends over. my jd laid eggs and the pair have been guarding and fanning for 3 days. i hope they get it right.:wub: having trouble getting good pics but im working on it.

:p. i seperated my male from the female this morning cuz overnight he beat her up pretty good. i want her around a while ...not dead! he acts as though hes made she hasnt laid yet lol!

Mine did that after the first spawn - they will work it out...
yes and they have spawned again. they were clearing away sand and flashing. i saw the eggs saturday afternoon.they are guarding this area very well so im gonna cross my fingers and hope in a few days i get some activity in a few days. im really loving the blue sheen of the jds when they are courting.

They can get downright ugly once they are guarding spawn. They turn almost black. But, color change is a good indicator of what's up in the tank :)
